If someone you do not like is asking for a request, you do not say no. If you do not have time, say "Sorry, I do not have time. Can I give it to you Saturday" ir like " Umm I do not have time, can you ask another graphic artist?" What I am saying is be respectful and do not make anyone feel bad about themselves
